Return Policy and Procedure
In order to facilitate our valuable customers we have very simple return policy. We believe in satisfying our customer and for that customer can return the product within 7 working days from the date of delivery of product.
Conditions on which you can return the product(s):-
- If false product has been delivered to you.
- Product is entirely damaged or defected.
Please keep photographic evidence of false/defective/damaged item and attach it with your complaint form. Return requests will not be entertained without photographic evidences.
Criteria of returning the order(s):
- Product should be unused
- Product should be in original and genuine condition
- Product should be repacked properly with bubble wrapping.
Fill up a Return Book form in contact us window.
Upon receiving a complaint from a customer, we shall verify customer order details. After completion of verification, UBooks will send customer a shipping label to be pasted on the return parcel and inform about the pick up of the parcel by courier partner. Once the product reaches to us, it will be checked and relevant procedures will be taken. Please do not send any return products to us without our approval, it will not be accepted.
If a replacement product of returned item is available it will be provided to a customer otherwise amount will be refunded. In case of a false/damaged/defective item shipping charges will also be refunded.
Ubooks will refund you the amount once we are done with return procedure. Amount will be refunded to you only by JazzCash,Easypaisa or customer’s bank account. Customers should have mobile account for Jazz Cash and Easypaisa as it will make the refund practice smooth and fast.
If a return product is found to be used, UBooks holds the right to sent it back to a customer with two side shipping charges.
